Quiver and trill

Bird song
and stirrings...

tree top branches
reaching as far as earth
can go

Perch
where my eye lifts
in our garden

Quiver and trill

Tell
a story-
red apples ripening
in the orchard
on a summer's day

Tell
a story-
snap dragons blooming

Tell a
Tell a story-
and off he flies....
